Additional Information
-
Our vision of what could happen if this project was funded:
This airplane project could make a tremendous difference in the lives of many people. As a result of the gospel and salvation, tribes could communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ to other tribes.
-
Some of the difficult organizational problems we have overcome:
We appreciate and embrace adversity. We believe God has called us to take the gospel and medical services to as many people as we can who live in remote, isolated places around the world. Raising funds to buy airplanes has been the most difficult problem we have encountered. But God has provided through folks like you.
-
Some of the opportunities that we have taken advantage of:
We watch for and utilize opportunities to make our ministries more effective and productive for the cause of Christ. Doors of opportunity have opened up to us in Mexico, Guatemala, Central America, Togo, West Africa and other areas for ministry and we take advantage of every opportunity.
-
Developing staff and volunteers:
We value people and our volunteers who spend numerous hours in specialized fields to help us in administration, aircraft maintenance, fund raising, and financial support.
-
Ways in which we have taken advantage of technological developments:
We understand the importance of technology. We upgrade our aircraft before going to the mission field and take advantage of technological advancements to promote safety for our missionary pilots, passengers, and aircraft.
-
Other organizations and some of what we are doing to relate to them:
We value and appreciate differences in ministries. We communicate and promote partnerships through the International Association of Missionary Aviation (IAMA).
-
Our plan for future funding:
We are thinking ahead and won’t depend on you for all of our future funding. We are constantly searching for additional funding through individuals and organizations to help us grow our ministries so that we do not overburden our present donors with our expansion costs, unless they desire to be involved.
-
Our long-term goals:
We are in this for the long haul, until Jesus comes. We have a passion to reach as many people for Christ before He comes back to receive us unto Himself.
-
Our specific measurable short-term objectives (measurable at the end of the first year):
We are realistic and will evaluate our progress. Through prayer and our day-to-day planning, we are trusting God for two (2) airplanes each year. We receive many requests for airplanes, missionary pilots, and medical personnel.
-
To achieve these goals we are planning the following specific activities:
We have a plan to accomplish our goals. Through our financial contacts and partnerships we plan, with God’s help, to send two (2) airplanes to the mission field this year. We are in constant prayer and trust God will provide these airplanes.
