VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT

MISSIONARY AVIATION INSTITUTE (MAI) is a Training Division of Harvester's International Mission dedicated to providing Missionary Aviation Pilot and Mechanic training for Evangelical, Medical, Church Planting and Humanitarian Emergency Airlift ministries around the world.

The courses of training are as follows (Training hours and costs are subject to change):

AEROSPACE I - PRIVATE PILOT (Cessna 172)   ($8,100)

  •      35 hours - Dual
  •      20 hours - Solo
  •      20 hours - Pre & Post flight briefings
  •      25 hours - Ground course

AEROSPACE II - INSTRUMENT PILOT (Cessna 172)   ($8,100)

  •      50 hours - Dual
  •      10 hours - Dual - Simulator
  •      30 hours - Pre & Post flight briefings
  •      30 hours - Ground course

AEROSPACE III - COMMERCIAL PILOT (Cessna 172/182RG)   ($15,450)

  •      10 hours - Dual (C-172)
  •      50 hours - Solo (C-172)
  •      15 hours - Dual (C-182RG)
  •      35 hours - Solo (C182RG)

AEROSPACE IV - ADVANCED PILOT (Jungle & Mountain - Cessna 206)   ($7,600)

  •      35 hours - Dual (C-206)
  •      40 hours - Pre & Post Flight briefings
  •      20 hours - Ground course

AEROSPACE V - AIRFRAME & POWERPLANT MECHANICS   ($5,000 est.)
